But is leadership something inherent, a trait that a person is born with? Or is leadership something that can be learned and developed?

For Dak Prescott, the answer is “both”.

Dak already had natural traits such as self-confidence, but during his college years at Mississippi State, he honed his leadership skills during undergraduate and postgraduate studies.

“My undergrad is in psychology and my master’s is in workforce leadership and obviously they work together,” says Dak. “Psychology is reading the mind and learning about how the mind works and learning about yourself and how to influence and motivate other people. And moving onto my master’s, Workforce Leadership took those previous classes to another step of leadership in the workplace and leadership within in a diverse culture and diverse group.

I really wish Dak was given more from throwing talent angle because he is King of the Intangibles. I just hope players don't ever quit on him because he wants to lead & win so bad. If Dallas ever moves on from him I want it to be quick and unexpected.

love these threads where Dak gets compared to Rodgers and Brady and GREAT QBs....Dak is the man...I have always thought of him as more of a Russell Wilson type, but with more leadership skills

He was accusing Dak of being Captain Checkdown. So I compared his YPA to the guy many think is the best and a player I doubt many would call Captain Checkdown.

You can tell which guys lived through the Quincy/Stoerner/Vinny years and who got spoiled by Romo.....

I always loved getting reminded by primetime announcers that Vinny could squat a billion pounds.
