It tells me that teams know what Moore is, but don't really know what Rush can be. Rush's unknown potential is enticing while Moore is only worth picking up if you have a worse No. 2.

I would take the QB the Giants cut before I brought Moore back....

Moore is only worth picking up if you have a worse No. 2.
