Team can begin voluntary offseason workouts

Deadline for restricted free agents to sign offer sheets
This applies to defensive end David Irving, who was tendered an offer for 2016 of $615K as an Exclusive Rights Free Agent. If he fails to sign his offer by this date, he'll be forced to sit out the entire season -- to return in 2018 as an Unrestricted Free Agent.

Due to the Cowboys' participation in this year's NFL Hall of Fame Game, the team will be allowed to being training camp one week earlier than would-be originally permitted.

At least a part of TC will be here at home where it belongs. I hope they never have it in Cali again.

I just hope the Cowboys get full participation in the OTA. Yes I know they are voluntary I also know if this team has any desire to win a championship then they need to get serious and put in the off season work. No more cries about my kids are on break and I want to be with them, thankfully that loser is not around any longer but for the rest of the guys my hope is they are out there as a team and putting in the work. As I heard a long time ago championships begin in the off season
