I read where this guy was signed to our practice squad from Houston. Haven't seen any thing written about him. It's not clear to me if he was signed off the Texans practice squad, or if they weren't planning on retaining him. Anybody heard anything?

He was a tall, physical cornerback at Oregon State. Texans moved him to safety but he does resemble what the Seahawks (Kris Richard) like at corner.

I was under the impression that if you sign someone off of another teams PS, they had to go to your active roster. I don't think they can go from PS to PS...Yes, no, maybe?
