I think Tony Dorsett or Bob Hayes should be the Flash.
I think Romo qualifies as Spiderman because of his escapability and the fact that he is, at the same time, loved and hated/mistrusted.
Tom Landry would probably closest resemble Professor X, always thinking ahead of the curve.
Jerry Jones would be (I know he is not a superhero, but it just fits too well to pass up) The Puppetmaster. Behind the scenes pulling the strings.
Troy Aikman is Batman, merciless and surgical, which makes
Jason Garrett, Robin, Boy Wonder to Aikman's Batman. Able to fill in if Batman isn't available, but he doesn't get the adulation (or the women that Batman had pining for him.
