I think he is the fall back for the 3 tech DT if people miss out on Donald in the first. If we did not get Donald in the first I hope we get him later. Don't know about in the second or not. I personally like him and think he can help this team.

The Cowboys have showed interest in him...again I don't know if that interest includes in the 2nd.

last year when he put on weight it completely took away his explosion and quickness which is what made him such a beast the year before.

I love Sutton. I think he makes a lot of sense here. Second round and all. Even with a down season, he had lots of TFL. I think he's a natural pass rusher, just like Donald.

But "hearing" or "my guy is saying" sounds so much better if you are trying to come across like you are wired in.

Why is 3 tech so important with Melton on the team? I know its technically only a 1 year deal but is Will Sutton really saving the day if the Melton deal blows up? I highly doubt it. He's a guy that will flash and make a play every once in a while but he's short with t-rex arms, has a good not great burst, and doesn't play with the run well enough to be on the field full time as a 1 tech next to Melton. So basically he's a situational player in the 2nd? No thanks.There are plenty of guys who can be a rotational pass rusher 10-15 snaps a game in the 4th round or later in this draft.

i think the idea (just as if we draft donald) is rotation at 3T with melton (to keep both fresh) and then both on the field in passing situations

If the Cowboys took Cooks at #16 and Sutton at #47 I would feel the Cowboys screwed themselves.

I have a feeling Quarles is a bit lower than that range. If Tuitt checked out okay medically in Indianapolis, I think he goes back to late first/early second status.
