He has had 2 major knee injuries and 2 meniscus tears and now a torn labrum. Why in the world would Ross fall?

Ross reportedly ran a 4.22 in the 40 today (new combine record). If JG gets him, it'll very likely involve a trade up. Don't see that happening. Never hurts to talk with players, though...you never know who might slide down some.Safe money may be on the Cowboys selecting a WR at some point in the draft based on the WRs they've been scheduling interviews with (clearer picture will come after Valley Ranch visits).
From what I've read they've spoken with the following WRs:
Dede Westbrook
K.D. Cannon
Mike Williams
Shelton Gibson
Amaroh Darboh
Some folks seem to have insinuated the Cowboys have met with John Ross, but I haven't read anything to substantiate that.
I really like Darboh a lot. One of my favorite WR's in this draft (outside of the top 3 or so).Darboh 4.46 40
The quote was from before he did what he did today if I remember right. I was insinuating if teams began thinking they could get a good WR with picks in later rounds then maybe one of the top ones would fall a little as teams addressed other positions instead. So if Tampa and Philly think they can get Godwin or Jones in the 2nd, they may let Ross by them and get an OL or DB instead. Why in the world would Ross fall?

Anybody know what JuJu Smith ran and how he is looking?
Curtis Samuel would be a hell of a compliment to Dez. Also, he is a very versatile player. I don't know if he'll be available when we pick in the second round, so maybe we could turn Romo into Samuel some way.
We don't have a deep threat besides Dez, unless you count play action as a deep threat.
You've clearly forgotten Witten...
Please stay the Hell away from any player who went to Rapist University in Waco, TX
I saw something saying Shelton Gibson ran a 4.5 but the tv host thought something was off. I didn't get to read it though. Anyone see it?
He plays faster so I don't care about that time. He plays faster than the ga state guy who tested well.I saw something saying Shelton Gibson ran a 4.5 but the tv host thought something was off. I didn't get to read it though. Anyone see it?

Was thinking the exact same thing, Jones was drafted around 92 if I remember correctlyI think senility has set in with Brandt. Jones was drafted three years after he was fired by the Cowboys.

I'm thinking Kevin Williams...The Miami WR we drafted back in the 90'sOne of these guys may eventually replace Dez. Westbrook would be a substantial improvement over Williams in terms of catching the football. I'm not sure about his blocking ability. Westbrook might be a little bit like a poor man's Antonio Brown..
