If our best defender hurts his hamstring so bad that he can’t play, he shouldn’t be standing on the sideline going cold.

He needs to be getting treatment on the hamstring right away.

I have no idea why it would be ok for him to just stand on the sideline in full gear.

I get what you are saying but maybe they ruled him out for the game? That's the only thing that would make sense. If they want to see if he can go back in then yes they should be treating it and keeping him warmed up

Negative, needs to cool down and ice the hammy. But, yes he needs to be getting some sort of treatment.

Cowboys are one of the healthiest teams in the league. Don't blame Chido and SEan Lee on the staff.
People continually miss the forest for the trees.

Our strength and conditioning personnel are among the best regarded in the league and have been for some time.

I would say that in the 90s the Cowboys had the best training staff in football. It was a secret weapon. I haven't thought about it a lot lately.
