I hope JJ has a chaperone near him. I saw one of JJ’s security guys with Zeke in NY. Stay out of trouble Zeke!

As much as I loathe Belicheat, I have to admit that no one has been better in the post salary cap era at producing winners. His formula works consistently and there's a lot to be said for that. He finds and keeps players that believe in team first when the rest of the league overpays for talent without the heart (not naming any names).

His "formula" includes the best QB to ever play.

Failed in Cleveland. Wasn't much better in New England until Brady arrived.

Color me skeptical.

He's better than Landry though.

What’s your view of Landry if you’re skeptical of Belichick but still rank him ahead of Landry? Most have him in their Mount Rushmore of coaches. Are you seriously proposing to kill this sacred cow?

Great coach for 2/3rds of his tenure. Spent the last third a hindrance to his own team and should have been fired years before he was.

Most Cowboys fans have him on the coaches Mt. Rushmore, heck they'd probably risk their lives and start carving right now, but I'm not sure most NFL fans do. I don't. Go Cowboys.

I hear you about Belichick. I go back and forth on my opinion on him. When you have the best QB to ever play the game, it's natural for skeptics to say his success was because of that.

That said, he is certainly one of the best ever. Sure he failed in Cleveland, but it was his first attempt as HC. Coaches, like players, do learn and improve along the way (what works, what doesn't, etc). And his 36–44 record there is something most Browns fans would kill for now. He is the last HC to bring the Browns to the playoffs and win a game there.

He has also proved to to be a very good defensive coach. I think most would agree that his defense early this year looked dreadful. That unit is missing a lot of talent and he still has them improving weekly and playing better situational defense the last several weeks.

Some of the younger posters here probably don't remember, but he wasn't the same his last few years. It did seem that the game was passing him by. He's a true legend, but the game was changing and he wasn't a fit for it.
