Their son willfully got in a car with a drunk driver. If Brown wasn’t quite sober enough to drive, he was sober enough to call an Uber. It’s tragic, but this wasn’t the bar’s fault for overserving. Both of the occupants of that vehicle were responsible, and they’re very lucky they didn’t also kill anyone innocent on the road while they were at it.
