Jaylon Ferguson would be a mistake at 58.

No offense to Jaylon, he did have great production at LATech, but he’s a very raw pass rusher. We don’t need a project pass rusher at 58. His best move(and maybe only established move) is the bull rush. He’s 6’5” 270lb frame was able to dominate lesser competition. That won’t work at the NFL level. Keep this in mind when folks look at his 17.5 sacks.. 6 of his13g.. he had a total of 1.5 sacks against the following teams: South AL, Southern U, UAB, UTSA, Rice, and Western Kentucky. This team needs to find a rookie that will contribute this year(like a safety).#TeamThornhill

Not that I disagree with you that he's raw, or his stats, but it wouldn't be the worst idea to take a passrusher that may need a year to develop more this year, if they believe he has high upside. When healthy a starting duo of Law and Quinn is a good duo and we have depth like Armstrong, Taco and possibly Crawford once again to provide depth if JF wasn't ready this year.

That being said, I hope a good safety is still on the board at 58 and that's the route we take.
