I like Davis although he’d likely be only a depth player along the line. I don’t particularly see him as better than Price at clogging the middle of the line. They are roughly equal IMO, which would give Dallas a good rotation at the 1.

Brate, I really like. A lot. Probably much more than most people on this site. He’s a damn solid TE and would provide a really good outlet for Dak. However, I don’t see any way that Tampa will be willing to part with him unless you’re talking unreasonable draft compensation, which luckily isn’t in the Cowboys repertoire these days. Brate available for trade seems to be just wishful thinking on the part of BTB.
