I think this roster is good enough to go 3-0 to start the season without Zeke.

What I dont get is, does Jerry assume Zeke will give in after the three games? Is he gonna pay Zeke what he wants after 3 games? In that case, why wouldn’t just just pay it now?

Cuz...money, that's why. JJ bores the crap outta me. Just sign him and quit yapping. Most everything he says is contrived, played and stale. I would literally have NO interest in having a conversation with this guy whether he was the owner of my favorite team (and he is) or not. I can't imagine have that much money and being so predictably stale. Probably why Jimmy bolted early. He saw the writing on the wall.
