Major points:

- Romo will not be elite, but has alot of talent

- TO and TG will continue to be productive, along with Witten

- DWare is great, but not as good as Merriman

- Wade will lead us to the playoffs, D looks good

- Both predict 11-5 season

Golic....no.....good but not pro bowl caliber...not elite.

2. Can veteran wideouts Terry Glenn and What's-His-Name do well?

Ans....Yes, the player and Glenn will do well.

3. Will outside LB Demarcus Ware do better opposite from Anthony Spencer?

Ans....Not sure Spencer is going to be the reason, but Ware is going to do very well.

4. Can Wade Phillips lead the Cowboys to a playoff win?

Ans...Parcells could not win a playoff game. Replacing a "butt-kicker" with a "players guy." We like what we are seeing in Dallas...defense is good and the offense has weapons....Yes to a playoff win.

5. What will be the season record?

Greeny and Golic.....both 11-5

You know, I was actually kind of shocked that they both gave Dallas 11-5 records. They must not know of the potential problems with Terrance Newman.

Golic was kind of flip flopping on Romo. He said he didn't think of him as becoming an elite QB, but when Greeny listed off the 7 young QBs in the NFC and asked Golic who he would take, he had Romo and Leinart neck and neck.

I guess that's not a real flip flop, because they were talking about Eli, Grossman, Tarvaris jackson, Jason Campbell, Alex Smith, Leinart and Romo. There may not be any of those who become "elite." But of the young guys if he's considering Romo at the top, he has to think he has the potential to become elite.

What I laughed at though was the first of those QBs that he threw out was Campbell. It was like we can get rid of Campbell... and then Jackson. And Grossman's too up and down. :laugh2:

So far on ESPN, besides these two today, I've heard Clayton and Mort pick us to win the division and Salisbury pick us for a wild card spot.

I'm shocked. I'm not even sure we deserve all this.
