i know its too early to say that romo is one of the elite qb's in the league, but i know i have always voted for the pro bowl based on qb rating and i always think that the qb with the best year is the one with the best qb rating, peyton is obviously the best in the league but romo definitely is rising to star qb status. btw eli manning is 17th.
