For Austin,I think catching it will come, but the guy is getting wide opened, and he's running hard after the catch.

Now if he's a starter, then teams will game plan him more, but he looks good, except for the most important part, catching the dang ball.

If the team cannot rely on you to catch the ball you have no chance. Catching the ball is the first priority of a WR= Austin is not reliable.
