This scheme is terrible and doesn't get guys into position to make plays or take advantage of match ups. If Dez played on a team that was Coached by Payton or Coughlin or the dude in Greenbay he'd be twice the player he is today.

If we finish 4-12, does Jones pull the trigger and let Garrett go. It will be our worst season since Troy Aikman's rookie year I believe. Other teams have gone without their starting QB and have won more with back ups than us. I can't believe we may flip our record from last year. This has been so disappointing. Garrett has had one winning season in his tenure and it was his contract year. Living example of a front runner.

Just heard the Garrett post-game. I'm over the "relentless spirit".
Jason Garrett is a loser. He's a nice man and his team plays hard but I see no progress or any hint of his coaching that is contributing to any victory. In fact, it's his stubborness to change that has ruined this season entirely.

Nope. Jerry is comfortable and has one of the "best coaching staffs" in the league according to him.
This will be blamed on injuries and it will be business as usual next year.
Did I mention that Jerry was comfortable? Because that is what is really important. Can't have another coach stealing the spotlight again.

I'd be looking forward to the draft, but I feel the coaching staff will coach them into losers as well. This is the most unimaginative, worst QB'd, least prepared team in the history of the Dallas Cowboys. You have in-game personnel changes that make no sense, IV's administered to impact players who need to be on the field... an umpteen year Vet that can't throw an intentional grounding without it getting picked off- 2 safeties that are the worst players at their positions in the entire NFL...
It's unfortunate it's always the Defense that looks like it falls down, but you have to be able to score 20 points.

I've never been a fan and have wanted him gone for years but I thought at least he had a good guy quality. He was quoted the other day about how they were like baseball hitter who hits it hard daily but they won't drop and then finally they do. I lost it. If he had a retail store he'd name it Play Hard Cliches
