Game Day ***Cowboys vs Packers post game thread***

It was a close game, but Moore, Wilcox, Bailey and Murray really hurt us.

Yeah, at some point after a catch the whole maintaining possession thing goes away, like after TWO steps down field!

The refs gift wrapped this one. Ball to Cobb in the 1st half clearly hits the ground, they don't reverse it, Packers get 3 points. The last call was atrocious. They have to do something about the officiating. It is awful. I would rather see instant replay done away with than this stuff.

Murray, send him packing. We will not be back here next year, we just won't. Even if we do, we are a team a little worse than the Danny White team. At least they actually made it to the NFC championship game 3 times in a row. This team will probably not make the playoffs next season.

Good loss. Competed, didn't completely choke. Storyline will be about Rodgers being unstoppable and the Dez catch being overturned but it's better than another offseason of Romo losing the game.

Hopefully make it back as a wildcard next season but it's not guaranteed. No repeat NFC East winners in like 10 years

Romo, thanks for nothing as usual. Wish we were 8-8, at least we'd get the 17th pick and start this stupidity all over again. You my friend, are what I've always known you to be, nothing special.

You have to be kidding me with this crap. This loss was NOT on Romo.

Well, as disappointing as this is, this team played with a lot of heart and I have confidence in them going forward. It's a shame we lose this game on such a confrontational call but that's how it goes. Sad, sad ending to a great season. We still won the East. Another draft. We'll get Lee back. Hopefully sure up the DLine and the secondary and we're back to business next season. My compliments to the faithful for standing by this great team. We were close. Both sides made mistakes. But it was a damn good game.

Well the season went better than I thought it would but that doesn't change the fact they let this game slip through their hands.

Dumb penalties at the worst times.

Bad play calls on crucial downs.

Romo taking sacks instead of throwing it away.

Missed FGs...

Turnovers...

And the play call on 4th down at the end of the game was...bad.

I dont blame the refs because the Cowboys had an opportunity to put the game away and let it slip away.

Anyway...focus on shoring up the pass rush and secondary please.

Then again, had we gotten the catch and the eventual TD ... I think Rodgers would have marched down the field for the game winning FG anyway.

Just how is this on Romo?

Crying shame. We had that game. Bad end of the first half and then the call. I compare the call to Witten's catch against Seattle. It's a mystery to me how that gets overturned. We've all seen games where that's a catch. Unreal

I thought the same thing

What is this all about???

I can't stand Troy Aikman. HE's no Dallas fan...I heard he was a jerk by people who have met him and I believe them....

Taking 3 sacks when you had time to throw it away is what Bill Parcells' told you NOT to do. Live to see another day. and making an audible at the LOS out of a run play, these things are considered choke jobs to me.

I totally agree, sloppy.
