The team needs a lot of help, there were quality Offensive tackles available last year in the first but decided to go with a bright shiny object. Tyron Smiths injury history is something they could have addressed but chose to ignore it. Nothing like planning ahead. They need help on both sides of the trenches, LB, Safety and maybe another corner.

Yes offensive line looked good and the offense was fine really given it was up against a good defense. Kicker left 9 points out there and Lamb dropped a touchdown.

We all debate the QB position but the defense is even worse than I had originally thought. Just horrific. Where do you even start!?

I brought that up at the end of last year as Garrett and Company were getting canned... I think Troy would be an excellent GM.

JJ loves him along with the Dallas organization, and Troy has always spoken his mind and has a no-nonsense approach that is much needed.

He is a HOF player, so players would respect him.

Fans love him... and he knows PR and media after being on that side of the business for 20+ years. Lots of good contacts across the league.

He would be a great addition and it would certainly be worth consideration— but would Troy even want to leave the booth at this point?

We really need to just lose the other games.

4th pick is up for grabs

I would even say....Kellen has to get better in the Redzone. We get to about the 30....and the offense shuts down. I still think there are too many people putting together the offensive game plan. Sure seems like a smorgasbord of ideas. Some of it I recognize...others....I don't think is his ideas @ all.

McCarthy and staff make me long for Garrett and staff!!!

Yikes! That would be like driving down the highway 60 mph in reverse. They dumped Garrett for a reason. If they decide to make another coaching change, at least do it going forward, not backwards. Please!

PS: And get rid of Kellen Moore!

It's not just a single top 5 pick, it's a top five position in every round. That helps. But I know what you meant.

    What I learned today?
    - Defense isn’t getting any better.
    - Need another kicker.
    - Still have a high draft pick.

    That’s it

I worked tonight. Only saw a few plays. I'm telling you guys, we are only a player or 2 from being competitive with KC. Keep the faith. MM has this team moving in the right direction. How lucky were we that Nolan was available? And man, what a signing the kicker was, free agent find of the century. And how about our special teams' coach. What was LA thinking? Well, obviously they weren't. Let's not even talk about the D. Their greatness on the field, does the talking...

so even you notice that ? to me kellen and some other OC's around the league, call plays similar to one of those lottery barrels, where you spin it,
stop it and reach in a pull a play out and call it in lol.
There is no plan to the play calling. they threw 48 passes tonight, that is way too many.

thia team has no heart and soul. It’s just a marketing gimmick at this point, basically the Harlem Globetrotters equivalent.

It sure seems like Kellen has been given some directives to work on 1st down....regardless.

Considering all the injuries on the O-line...sure seems like it has shrunk the playbook. Kellen doesn't trust the line for more than 3 seconds. So getting passes down field has been a problem.

Honestly....there is only so much you can do if your line can't block.....

People keep saying we need to run the football...Hell we had first and goal from the 1....ran it 3 straight times w/ Zeke....and went backwards. Not sure what you do after seeing that. That should tell you a lot about the condition of our line.
