Dallas would have blown them out. Dallas had already faced a better defense and figured it out in order to score multiple times in a very quick fashion. And Seattle's offense is pedestrian.
not scared of them
we would have won
Don't think we would have won. Both teams have changed a lot since then, and while this is a very good football team, I think our propensity for turning the ball over would have killed us in this game. Seattle let us get away with it the first time around, I don't think they would have this time.
our offense is good enough to win but not our defense. seattle would have won by 10. next year will be a different story*.
the one consolation out of sunday's game is the packers and aron rogers getz to go to seattle and get the green bay beat
out of them. on the tundra of seattle stadium field... *next year if we resign the staff, dez, demarco, tweak the defense
and sign adrian peterson we will go all the way. assuming tony romo's health is good we will one two any team with demarco
and adrian. these two will take the pressure off each other and we will be unstoppable... go cowboys from tulsa, oklahoma!!!!
I was surprised by the cop-outs myself, but I guess it's just a defense mechanism, as you suggest, kind of funny given the tough talk by some of them previously.
We've been on a late season run since the Bears game, which I was lucky enough to attend, and there was no reason for it to end last week, or this week or in 2 weeks IMO, they are good enough to beat any team remaining and have beaten 2/3 already. I think that there will be carry over to '15.
Dallas 27-24.
Yeah it helps to face Stanton, Lindlay, Newton, Kaepernick X 2, Hill, Sanchez for the past two months. The Seahawks really haven't changed they just haven't faced anyone worth a darn. We are a matchup problem for them and that wouldn't have changed had we faced them on Sunday.
