Sure. NFL football isn't QB vs QB, so to put it simply in the matchup at QB is oversimplifying.

We had plenty of chances to win all of those games except for NE

But we didn't win. Their QB's made plays down the stretch to win those games, ours didn't. That's why they are upper tier QB's and Weeden/Cassel are career backups.

Waste D effort today. Despite the ineffective QB play we had a chance to win...again. However we put the QB in the worst position possible...a game winning drive situation. I thought he looked panicky. Can't settle for fgs over and over.

Another thing that frustrates me so much.... Why do others take over our stadium. The only reason it didn't look so bad was because of the Seahawks blue blending in. GB doesn't have this problem, Pittsburgh doesn't have this problem none of the other top fan base teams have this problem. It so frustrating

Very true. As I said earlier, we are in a crap division this year. Anything is possible. I stay optimistic but a loss to the Eagle I may need to reevaluate. There comes a time you have to consider if bringing a 60-70% QB back is worth it. I guess it depends on the games behind before Romo is back.

Nice post by the way.

Thanks. Not trying to be cheery and in denial but we are still in it. That could change in a hurry and we are not in a good place. Some more turnovers and some increased RZ effectiveness and we may survive. We'll see.

I don't understand why so many people are surprised and po'd. Not many if you were expecting a win this weekend and we kept it close. What does JJ call this..."a moral victory"?

I'll say I was cautiously optimistic we would win because Seattle isn't very good, they're clearly not the same team as last year and have been struggling in many areas. So it's a slight disappointment but the season is far from over.

If you get enough close games do they eventually add up to a win?

Terrible pick. Always was.

For the life of me, I can't understand why this team continues to invest high draft picks in TEs....refuse to use them....let them walk after their rookie contract and then watch them have avg to above avg careers somewhere else. It's the biggest waste of valuable first day draft picks.

From what I understand is he went off because someone in the media had posted something about Dez after lockette was injured. He was praying on one knee and had gotten up and there was a small clip and it was of Dez saying something to Bruce Irvin like "Thats what you get". So People were going off on Bryant on Twitter and he wrote that he would never do that or say anything like that about another player or something to that effect. Obviously what he was saying to Bruce had nothing to do with Lockette being down on the field and it was just yet another attempt to paint Dez in a bad light. Seriously journalism is dead folks.
