Dropped Balls is not a very good stat. To me there is no real hardcore way to judge it, it's like errors in Baseball. Totally depends on the scorer. They used to say that Eli's receivers dropped a lot of passes, but a large number of the passes that were drops in my opinion were horrible passes that the receiver made a great play on just to get their hands on it.
