It looked to me like a potential 2018 division champ was playing in the game today and it’s not the Cowboys. The Commanders have quietly gotten better. Unless the Eagles get some consistency soon, the Commanders could snatch the division from them. I’ve seen all I need to from the Cowboys to know that they won’t be in the hunt this year. I am beginning to think this team is not capable of winning two in a row no matter who they play. We keep waiting for them to turn the corner, to have it all click into place, go on a win streak, etc. and it’s just not happening. It feels like any win is just “relief” to them rather than a momentum builder for the following game. It’s been that way for a long, long time now. At some point, a “culture” of winning has to be developed in order for there to be the sustained greatness that we all want to see. Something such that wins build upon wins rather than just having Week-to-week rollercoaster rides. There really hasn’t been such a culture for many years now, not since Parcells. Unfortunately, the guys running the show now clearly don’t have what it takes to create that culture.

Honestly, the worst part for me is how BORING they are to watch at the minute. Even if we lost but we played some good, exciting football, I'd at least be able to enjoy the game.
