Iloka only played a little over 100 defensive snaps for the Vikings last season. Didn't fit the scheme there.

The Cowboys had passing interest in him when the Bengals cut him but I guess they weren't willing to pay him as much as Minnesota. If I recall correctly Iloka visited the Raiders earlier this week.

I would have preferred Clayton Geathers (re-signed with Indy) but Iloka could compete with Heath. Wouldn't oppose signing him.

I don't know if there is really much, if any, of an upgrade here over Heath. I mean, Iloka has been in the league for one more season and he only has one more INT, career wise. If Ballhawking skills are what we are looking for, I don't think Iloka is the answer that many of the fans might be hoping for.
