We have come a long way. BP will extend his contract another 2 years cuz he knows we are almost there.

I think we might get to the NFC Championship but we will lose it in a close game.

Next year when BP fixes our OL and hopefully we get a real #1 WR here no matter who it is then we are good to go. We will win it all.

I also really hope the way Torin Tucker has improved is for real and he is gonna be a beast. That would be great. I wanted Tucker gone from the team earlier but I gotta give the man props he has really played good. Hope he keeps getting better.

There are very few legit #1 recievers. I can see your team going after Wayne...but i think he is only good because of Peyton Manning.

Manning can make any WR look good. Wait I take that back. Quincy Morgan is the only WR he could not make look good.

It would be great if we could get a #1 WR here but we might have to hope for a steal to fall to us in round #2 of the 06 draft. The reason I say #2 is cuz I really hope there is a beast at Center in this coming draft we can take with our #1 pick. We really need a top center. I think that could be our biggest weakness on the OL.

#1 wide recievers are overrated. In the sense that you don't need a Chad Johnson or Steve Smith to have a good offense, who was New England's #1 wide reciever during the dynasty? Honestly this team has all the talent it needs to go to a superbowl, if Pettiti would just play like he did against Philly.

Yeh if u mean this year, its2006, next year is 2007 son.

I agree. This year we may not be ready. But imagine SPears, Canty, and WARE in year 2. It's gonna be scary. We're going to be really freakin good next year. WE have have the draft we did this year next, we're going to be scary.

BTW, don't forget. Crayton may be the WR we have been looking for. Just cuz he's a 7th rounder dont mean he cant play. The kid is real good. Glenn should still be fast next year. I can only imagine PC gettin alot better. Again, Crown Royal, you were more than right about this kid. Love it

They should win #6 this week. The mark of a "good" team is to be able to go into an inferior opponents house and beat them. If not... this isn't that good of a squad.

you are absolutely correct...we should win if we are a legit playoff team

Out of curiosity Wolverine would you mind telling me who the "#1 WRs" were for these teams?

2004 New England Patriots
2003 New England Patriots
2002 Tampa Bay Buccaneers
2001 New England Patriots
2000 Baltimore Ravens

In case you haven't figured it out, those are the last 5 Super Bowl winners. I'd like to know how a sure fire "#1 WR" helped them over the hump.

BTW, if you try and tell me Keyshawn for Tampa Bay I'm going to send you a link to our current roster.

What about qb? We can't take for granted that Bledsoe will stay healthy all this year and next or that he won't backslide in his second year here. Can we take it for granted that Henson will beat out Romo next year. If he can't, we have to have a backup plan at that position.
