Dalyn Williams might be a nice pickup for the
Dallas Cowboys late in the 2016 NFL Draft or after the event.
The former Dartmouth quarterback reportedly worked out for the 'Boys
last week, although it's not confirmed whether it was a private
workout or he was a part of Dallas Day, the team's workout for local prospects. Before Dartmouth, Williams attended Lake Dallas High
School which is close to 30 miles away from AT&T Stadium.
For the Big Green last season, Williams threw for 2,592 yards and 17 touchdowns with five interceptions. He also added 225 rushing yards and picked up five rushing touchdowns. Williams
completed 64 percent of his passes last season and left Dartmouth with a 62.7
completion percentage. Check out some of his highlights in the video embedded below.
It's certainly tough to ignore his arm from behind the line of scrimmage. Williams has picked up
some comparisons to Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson. His mobility and arm strength play a key factor in that comparison plus height and weight — Wilson: 5-11, 206 lbs. | Williams: 6-0, 210 lbs.
The former
Big Green quarterback met with the Eagles
after his pro day in early April. Check out one of his throws from that event in the video below.
