I make 2 trades in my draft. I trade down with my 1st rd pick at 16 (1000 pts) for the Eagles' 1st rd pick at 22 (780 pts), 3rd rd pick at 86 (160 pts), and 4th rd pick at 122 (50 pts). The Eagles want to trade up for a WR. Then I trade up from my 2nd rd pick at 47 (430 pts) giving up my 5th rd pick at 158 (28.2 pts) and my 7th rd pick at 229 (2 pts) for the Rams 2nd rd pick at 44 (460 pts). Probably would not have to throw in the 7th rd pick but I wanted the points to work out.

1st - 22nd pick - Kony Ealy DE Missouri (Need DE worst than any position IMO)
2nd - 44th pick - Scott Crichton DE Oregon St (see explanation on Ealy)
3rd - 78th pick - Dequan Jones DT Penn St (Need some beef next to Melton and rotation guy for McClain)
3rd - 86th pick - Cyril Richardson OG Baylor (Need more depth at guard)
4th - 119th pick - Christian Jones ILB Florida State (Need some more depth at LBer)
4th - 122nd pick - Mike Davis WR Texas (Speed, speed, speed)
7th - 231st pick - James Wilder, Jr RB Florida State (intrigued by size, we need a bruiser)
7th - 238th pick - Donald Hawkins OT Texas (great size and probably undercoached at Texas)
7th - 248th pick - Ryan Groy OG Wisconsin (Wisconsin OLineman, nuff said)
7th - 251st pick - Lavelle Westbrooks CB Georgia Southern (Good size for CB)
7th - 254th pick - Marcel Jensen TE Fresno State (Blocking TE)

Nice Draft with Jones, Crichton and Ealy ... that would be exciting to look forward to seeing. If there was a Safety or two it's be better but the Value is certainly there in your scenario.

Trade 16, 78 to Cleveland for 26, 35

Pick 26. Ryan Shazier LB Ohio St: This guy can fly, instant upgrade at the Will in terms of speed over Carter. Needs to get better at shedding blocks though.

Pick 35. Scott Crichton DE Oregon St: High Motor guy who should provide more pass rush than anyone on the current roster.

Pick 47. Traded to Carolina for 60 & 92

Pick 60. Dominique Easley DT Florida: If he clears medically then this pick is a steal. The knees are a concern but this kid has Geno Atkins type ability.

Traded picks 92, 229, 231 to Indy for Pick 90.

Pick 90. Jarvis Landry WR LSU: Can play inside or out and plays with a little Anquan Boldin/Hines Ward toughness.

Pick 119. Trai Turner OG LSU: Road grader who at worst adds depth to position of need year 1, plus he's only 20.

Pick 159. Antone Exum CB/FS Va Tech: One of the bigger corners in the draft, probably better suited to convert to safety.

Pick 238. Colt Lyerla TE Oregon: Too much talent to pass up on at this point. Red Flags aside this kid is as talented as they come in this draft. Jerry can hire the babysitters he had for Pacman and put them on this kid for a couple of years just to be safe.

Pick 248.Ryan Groy OG Wisconsin: Another Wisconsin lineman thrown into the mix for depth

Pick 251.Larry Webster DE Bloomsburg: D-2 Star either he can play or he can sit on the practice squad for a year.

Pick 254. Ben Gardner DE/DT Stanford: Reminds me of Crawford and could probably afford to beef up a little and slide inside.

2nd w trade down in 1st.
trade 16 to Cleveland (who then picks Johnny Football) for 35, 71, 83, and 145

35. Rashede Hageman DT --Big inside DT that can play both 1T or 3T. Adds very helpful depth day 1 and is scheme agnostic. Similar athlete to Jason Hatcher.

47. LaMarcus Joyner FS/Nickel CB --Joyner is too small to draft real high but too good a football player to pass 47 picks in. Playmaker at S/nickel CB. Means Scandrick can stay outside if need be. Would be teams best pure coverage safety day 1.

71. Billy Turner OT --Sits a year behind Free but offers a long-term cheap solution at RT.

78. Marcus Smith WDE-- Rotational guy day 1. Pass rusher and a huge need pick made at good value.

83. Jarvis Landry WR--Tremendous ball skills with potential to be future star. Lacks eye-popping athleticism but could really rise in a pro system with better WR targets around him.

119. Trai Turner OG --Easy fit at right price. 3rd OG as a rookie with a starting job in his sights for year 2.

145. Caraun Reid NT --Princeton guy who will be limited athletically but is hard to move. Cheap Depth on DL.

158. Howard Jones WLB --Back up to Sean Lee on weakside. Will need time to develop but can help on Special Teams day 1 and no better tutor on LB play than Sean Lee.

nothing changes from first draft after this point.

229. Connor Shaw QB --Similar athlete to Romo so can learn this offense. Can move around. Price right for shot here.

231. Trey Millard FB --Big back with excellent athleticism. Probably a redshirt year basically with injury but skill tools no Dallas FB has had since Moose.

248. LaDamian Washington --Big outside WR. Dallas loves big outside WRs and figure to take one in this draft class.

251. Antonio Andrews RB --Ultra productive back who keeps the young, cheap RB movement alive and well. Tanner replacement.

254. Spencer Long OG --Redshirt year guy with future starting potential. Draft him, teach him the scheme and get him to IR so you keep his rights.

Ony thing similar between hatcher and Hageman is height and weight. Nothing else

I decided to do some extreme trade downs because I don't love any of the players available in round 1.

Trade down from 16, get 27, 59, 91
Trade down from 27, get 44, 76

44 WR Martavis Bryant
I had not planned on my first pick being a WR, but he was there and I decided to do it.
6-4, 4.42 forty, 39 vert

47 DE Jeremiah Attaochu
I traded down with this player in mind. He has excellent quickness and plays with some violence.
6-3, 255
Attaochu ran his 40-yard dash times in the late 4.5, early 4.6 range with a 37.5-inch vertical jump, 4.64 short shuttle and 7.28 three cone drill. His 1.55 10-yard split would have ranked him tops among all linebackers at the combine.

59 DT Dominique Easley
I probably wouldn't do this if not for the extra picks. His medical scares me, but he might have been ranked higher than Donald if not for the injury.

76 OL Billy Turner
My #1 pet cat. I think he can play OG or OT, 6-5, 315. I like him as a Zone Blocking OG, at least initially. He is very light on his feet, plays with very good power and is very agressive.

78 DB Stanley Jean-Baptiste
Big CB. 6-3, 218, 4.45 forty at Pro Day. An option at either CB or Safety.

91 LB Jordan Tripp
Very good college LB with decent speed. 6-3, 234, 4.67 forty.

119 OL Trai Turner
Another pet cat. Has a lot of upside due to coming out as a Junior. 6-3, 310, 4.93 forty.

158 DE Aaron Lynch
Head case, but very talented. 6-5, 249, 4.69 forty. Played at about 270 at Notre Dame and was very good in some games there.

225 OL Brandon Thomas
Recent ACL tear. College LT would move to OG in the NFL. 6-3, 317, 5.09 forty. I doubt if he falls this far, but for this exercise, he was available and I'm taking him to stash on IR.

248 DE Larry Webster
Fast developmental DE. 6-6, 252, 4.58 forty.

251 DT Ken Bishop
My #2 pet cat. Dominant small college DT. Very quick and agile and power overwhelmed small college OLinemen. Can probably play 3 or 1 tech.

254 DT Zach Kerr
Excellent quickness, especially for his size 6-1, 326.

Attaochu Sounds like a RKG too.

Analysis
Strengths
Good burst off the snap. Heats up the edge and runs the arc. Quick inside move. Disruptive ability. Motor runs hot -- keeps coming after the quarterback and chases hard from the back side. Moves well laterally and can zone drop. Has experience in even and odd fronts, having played defensive end and stand-up linebacker. Power-leverage potential. Mature and intelligent. Cares about the game and prepares like a pro. Arrow pointing up (will be a 21-year-old rookie).
Weaknesses
Lacks elite length, athleticism and top-end speed. Needs to get stronger. Gets knocked around at the point of attack. Controlled by larger blockers when they get their hands on him. Still developing pop and violence in his hands. Still learning to incorporate power into his rush (more effortful than powerful). Needs to cultivate his pass-rush arsenal.
Draft Projection
Rounds 3-4
Bottom Line
Georgia Tech’s all-time sack leader, Attaochu is a Nigerian-born, young, heady, disruptive, relentless edge rusher who profiles as 3-4 right outside linebacker. Should interview well, and has the look of a trustworthy, long-term starter given his pass-rush ability, motor and makeup.
