Cowher in when BP leaves?

I just have a feeling that Cower will come to Big D this offseason. Parcells sounds like he has made an agreement with Jerruh on what will happen. I know Jerruh can't tamper with Cower, but Parcells could. Cower wants money and the Cowboys are the only team, other than the Commanders, that will pay him what he is worth.

The Miami job might be inticing, but the Boys have the talent for Cower to take them to the SB. That has to figure in his plans,

Anyone else think there is a side agreement out there?

is BP even leaving?!!

Sure sounds like it. Reading some of his comments about him and Jerruh have an understanding just makes me think he is done. Jerruh would do well to encourage that thought with Bill.

its "cowher" and he won't come to dallas

why wouldn't he? pretty reasonable to think he takes next year off, which will be parcells' last, and then replaces parcells...

Gee, I am sorry that my spelling offends you. Why wouldn't he come to dallas?

If Cowher is leaving to spend more time with his family and live inhis new abode in NC why on earth would he be head coach of the Cowboys next year?

I don't like the Cower ;) idea. I don't think he has much left. If we change I want young.

Bill sounded this way last year too

I don't think he's going to want to leave Romo and Ware, when they are just coming off of career years

And the Steelers are going to just let him go? Sure. He's under contract until 2008. If we want Cowher, it is going to cost something.

He might want to leave TO and guys like James who he counted on and turned in awful performances though.

but he also might want to stay 'energized', which is what he says this team does for him

you guys are falling into the trap again, Bill gives off 'signals' every year, and every year you guys trip out and go through a head-coaching search

stellers/dallas/70's hatred between the teams. and the fact that a team would ahve to give pitt compensation if they hired cowher. draft picks.

I think we all know who Cower/Cowher is.

If we start correcting each others' spelling we'd never get anything "done" around here. har-har.

And Cowher's resume would read: His team went from Super Bowl champions to chumps in one year.
Also: Lost to Barry Switzer in a Super Bowl.

As much as I dislike owens I sure wish people would stop saying Parcells has a problem with him. I don't see that. Parcells seems positive when asked about owens. he has said he can work with him. Whats the issues?

I agree with you on Bill/TO.
If anything drives Parcells out it will be the overall play of the defense.
My guts tells me Dallas goes down Saturday and Bill is gone. Hope I am wrong.

I think that BP stays for next year, Cowher takes this next year off and comes back to the NFL. He needs time to recharge his batteries, so to speak.

Whether he comes here or not, I don't know. I wouldn't be opposed to it.
