Colin Cowherd had this to say:

"Dallas is gonna lose this weekend," he said. "And the next month is going to get increasingly difficult for Dak Prescott. They play better teams, and they play teams that will force him to play from behind.

I feel a timber coming for Dak Prescott. Solid play, but better teams. And all those teams we thought were average -- Minnesota, Baltimore, Philadelphia -- they're all on the schedule and they're all the surprise teams in the league. Dallas' schedule is now brutal for two months."

Idiot just trying to get a rise out of people. Didn't work here.

There is a group of Dak non-supporters and he is just playing to them. Somebody needs to throw them a bone, poor folks.

Don't you guys get tired of attacking media like they're villains? Does it ever feel childish to any of you?
Attacking yes. I don't pay attention a lot into what he or many of the other "experts" say TBH . I value opinions of former coaches, scouts, GMs, and players

If San Fran wins, I wonder if they are going to get the benefit of the doubt of beating an 'injured cowboys team' with no Demarcus Lawrence, Randy Gregory, Charles Tapper, Orlando Scandrick, Dez Bryant, Tyron Smith, and no Lael Collins.

Not easy after the game they just had.

They are going to be wanting that bad taste out of their mouths.

And they are home..

I have a feeling Kap may play at some point..

Running QBs give us fits as we are not great on run defense and don't have a pass rush.

Our LBers are struggling and that's an Achilles Heel for us.

Other than that..

we're good.

I think it will be a minor miracle if we win there.

If we do..DAK is going to have to provide the dynamite.

And if Dez is limited or benched..

Turn out the lights..

The party is over.

Seattle, 2014.

I don't think San Francisco is the weak team that some would think. If we played the Panthers and Seahawks, we'd have the same record. For whatever reason, San Francisco has always had problems with the Seahawks, and the Panthers are not much different from the team that got them in the Superbowl last year. If we win, I think it's a close one.

this is why i never listen to any national people.

he isn't smart enough to know minnesota and baltimore would be good?

and hey some of us thought philly would be too.

The general consensus when bridgewater went down was "there goes minnesota's season"...then when AP went down, it was a sure thing.

So yes, no one knew minnesota would still be good.

All of these games will be tough, including the 49ers. The 49ers destroyed the Commanders, so who knows what version will show up when we play them. If we walk away with a few victories here, then at least we won't have to hear about Dak not facing any legit competition. These next few games will really show what we have in the guy. If he shows up without Tyron Smith and Dez Bryant, then that will really show something.

49'ers didn't play the Commanders?

It gets harder to win as the season goes on. If a team stays heathy they should get better. But so will Dak
That said, our offense will be fine but our defense is where I am concerned

They attack anybody that doesn't present anything but a rosy view of 'their Cowboys'. You've been around long enough to know about that dynamic.

But I do find it funny that, despite trying and failing to downplay Prescott's preseason success carrying over, Cowherd is apparently still not giving the kid the credit he rightfully deserves. He was totally wrong on that and needs to admit it, rather than continuing to wait for the wheels to fall off in some effort to ultimately be right.

not to all of us. That is a very good team with very good coaches. Not sure how far they go but they will be in the mix.

We will fall back to earth playing better teams, but Philly wont? Ok, Colin....

I have no doubt like any QB Dak will have a bad game and Dallas is not going to go 15-1. But how the team responds and how a player responds after a bad game will mean a lot. As for the media and some fans they love putting players on a pedestal just so they can knock them off of it, Dak would be well served to not listen to their gibberish. Sports writers are just people with too much time on their hands and spew out the first thing that comes into their heads.

Cowboys have had well above average success against Chip Kelly's offense. How his offense performed against Dallas for three years is a big reason why they replaced him.

Dak -- plays division rivals the first two weeks, plays bad Bears team. 2-1. Reality will strike soon!!!

Wentz -- plays two of the worst teams in the league, beats good Steelers team. Enshrine him into Canton now!!!

Typical anti Cowboys bull crap

I wouldn't be surprised at all if we lost to San Francisco this weekend.
