This coaching staff has to be a little more rigid on these guys when December rolls around so they are toughened up for the final run.

Whatever you think of his talent he is still a starter on the best team in football and as such he gets to spout off. If/When he loses that job you can call him a 2nd stringer but until then the fact of his position trumps your opinion of his talent.
