play WR if TO is cut? He could be like a more athletic Harold Carmichael. Am I nuts?

He would be one of the slowest WRs in history possibly. I don't know, I'd rather get a speed guy (no matter what size) and let them run a 2 WR set with Witten/Bennett and Felix, Roy and (WR2???)

No....but we could use more 2 TE sets and motion either Witten or Bennett. Especially since both are above average blockers and receivers.

I think we could split him out a bunch like the Winslows and Gates' and even Witten's of the world, but he's not nearly fast enough to be a full time WR.

IF TO is cut, I would expect Bennett to have a lot bigger role. As is, I would almost prefer a 2TE offense.

Bennett will be an insane weapon, witten and bennett will be extremely useful. The potential between these two is rediculous.

How much slower is he then say Me-shawn or Irvin?

It takes him 9 minutes to get up out of his stance as a TE when the ball is snapped and now we think he has the quickness to get off the LOS against a CB?

It's not a nutty idea someday. He's faster than Witten that's for sure. I just don't know if he's fast enough to play wide while we lose his ability to block at the same time. So he won't be doing it fulltime if at all which is my guess for now.

But if he can learn to use his body properly with his athleticism, size and speed he may be able to get enough separation and position to be effective downfield.

No but it doesn't mean Bennett can't line up wide to take advantage of a linebacker or safety who has no business covering him. You know? Like teams do to Roy Williams.

I think he'd be a problem for most CBs as well esp as he matures as a player. But if you put him out there all the time, teams will adjust; if they can.

He's got unique talent and I hope he will focus and work to put it on the field. He could become a better Novacek IMO.

His left leg is more talented than Jay.
