They tend to be better their first year here and then slowly get worse. .

This is just wildly wrong.

Dak, DLaw, Gallup, Byron, X Woods, M Collins, the entire OL...the list just goes on and on. Those players all improved over their time with the team, by leaps and bounds in cases.

Even Amari was better this year than when he showed up, he just got injured. Zeke hasn't had a dropoff, but was kind of sluggish to start the year b/c of the holdout.
