I'd say it's a 50/50 chance right now, but the fact that we did not draft a running back is a very key piece to all of this, no matter what the Cowboys' statement is.

He still wants to play here, and we have a few pieces we can offer to help them out.

We are loaded on the DLine and LB, and we could still offer a high draft pick like a 2 or a 3.

He's worth it. Plain and simple.

A 3 year deal it's fully doable. He really might restructure and make 8-9 rather than 15. He said not even a few weeks ago he still wants to play here.

Yes, but this was pre-draft. Well, that came and went. I don't doubt that he has some contacts left in Minnesota, but would the contacts that really matter tell him anything? I wouldn't think so.

Yes, and the Dez video also had legs and people were getting information about it from within the organization.

The deadline is the first day of the season when his salary becomes guaranteed. I don't know what to think but you cannot just dismiss it out of hand.

Sigh......no team is going to keep his current contract in tact. Any team that is willing to trade will renegotiate the contract or there won't be a trade
