No, that game was not that loud at all. Nobody in our section ever made any noise. Now, the first game against the giants in 2012 (?), the one where Eli's first pass was picked off by Ware, and we had 6 turnovers on defense, was LOUD.

That was '13 and again the Monday night game was loud. They picked manning twice and took a big lead.

Maybe you were in the special don't make any noise section though. Always possible.

My favorite memory against the giants was the Dez pinky game. I was tailgating in Rangers Lot A, and just watched the game out there on a TV with a big group. They showed Jerry on the TV, and I could hear the ENTIRE stadium BOO him....from out in the parking lot. There were also a random guy with a huge sign of Betty White's face in the crowd. Lol

I've been to a Monday night Giants game where you could here a pin drop. It was the 2010 collarbone game, but the crowd was NOT loud at all before Romo went down. It was sad.

Sadly, what is going to happen is the crowd will start being loud while we are on OFFENSE. I'm sure there will be a "let's go Dak" chant on our 3rd down.

I just want you to know I stopped working to make and upload this quick just to show how people have their own perceptions of the crowd. Thanks a lot Donna Reed. The crowd sounds pretty good to me.

It's not false. Especially for the early games. It's like people don't know when to cheer or something. When I've gone I feel like I am annoying the people around me when I cheer! Now the night games are different.

I went to the last Giants 3:00 game in 2014. It was pretty loud.

And I was sitting with the "wine and cheese crowd" at the club level.

I had this feeling that the stadium would be rocking with the start of the regular season, NFC opponent of the Giants.
Return of Tony Romo, Dez, Zekes' debut for real, the OL pounding the GMen into the turf.

But now with Dak at QB, will the crowd be more up and more noise, or will some be like, dang, no Tony, and not be as loud.

Yes I know this will get the normal responses of our home field and all that crap. Save it.
There is some new excitement going on here.
Cowboys fans get loud? Doesn't happen . And if it does only when we are on offense

A friend of mine told me a story a few years ago about him going to see the Cowboys play the Giants. It was a 3rd down play and he stood and started making some noise in his section and a guy sitting behind him asked him to sit down because he couldn't see the game.

He said it was pathetic how a lot of fans were just sitting down and didn't want anyone else in their section to get loud or stand up and root for the defense to get off the field on a 3rd down.

New excitement going on. Meh, I have heard that before.
These larded, lorded, obese and wealthy Cowboy fans can't sustain the enthusiasm through four quarters that other fans elsewhere can.
That is just the way it is.

I think there's a special kind of torture that cowboy fans must go through every year in which we must have a thread about crowd noise.

Then I suggest you and your other cohorts that do not like the atmosphere go to games and do your part. You,have been to ma game haven't you.
And if you have, then you aren't loud enough.

If you haven't been don't whine.

Well, OK then, go do something about it.

Speaking of crowd noise, i am from NJ about a mile from NYC. I've grown up with a loud attitude/personality. I've always wanted to go to a Cowboys game in Texas since i was a child, but honestly when i think Texas i think heavy duty conservatism, i fear my craziness would not go unpunished if i arrived in Texas, and seeing these threads year after year about such fans on whatever message board, i can't help but think i am right in thinking i should not go there.

Is there a section where the rowdiest fans are?
