Cut Barron

Not sure if this has been mentioned or not, but we should cut Alex Barron.

Barron has extremely long arms. With those suckers....shouldn't we call him spiderman over Bryant?

He has no muscle on those noodles though. Let's call him..

Plasticman

Brewster > Barron starting Monday until Young comes back.

Need to nip this **** in the bud!

Not just because it was a terrible performance by Barron, but it also sends a clear message to the team.
Jerry needs to call Houck into his office Monday too and remind him (in a not so nice way) how much he's paying him etc.

Anyone who's done at least a modicum of homework on him knew he was the most penalized player in the NFL the last 3 years. He's exactly the player the Cowboys should have known they were getting all along. If you want to blame someone, blame the GM who brought in a proven and well documented idiot.

Up until that last play the Commanders MVP tonight was a toss up, that made it easy:

Alex Barron named Commander MVP in opener

Only a LOSER manages to smile 20 seconds after nullifying the game winning TD and pretty much sucking all game

Barron has been doing this crap since he was drafted. You think Houck is going to fix it?

Hasslet even said to Collinsworth that he knew they would get 2 or 3 holds out of Barron tonight.

I bet even he didn't realize how bad it would cost the Cowboys tonight because of it.

Seriously, I'm like they finally got rid of Flozell Adams, only to get the one guy in the NFL who gets penalized more.

When somebody from a place called Mary Land starts calling for his being cut, this is getting serious.

Barron does deserve to be cut and I co-sign your post mr. Mary Land.

I call it like I see it. Like when I see your silly posts trying to be funny and different but you're really embarrassing yourself...

Baron sucks. and he has no business in the NFL. but he didn't trade for himself. and he didn't put himself on the field. blame the GM and the coaches.

Give me your playbook and then leave his clothes on the ground outside the locker room with a note saying get your own air fare home.

And him sticking around on the field to yuck it up with players had me totally steamed. I know we shot ourselves in the foot in other areas but if I single handily cost us a game winning touchdown I'm not really going to want to talk to anyone.

He's human debris.

So Houck gets a pass then?

Gurode and Free were also called for holding.

Are holding penalties just a part of the game now?

They've been part of the game and could be called on every play.

Well, it seems like every one of our drives has at least one in it.

We had I believe 6 holding penalties tonight.

Barron - 3
Gurode -1
Free -1
Bennett -1

This is ok with everybody?

GREAT....nice to know.

What do 5 mean?

I dont recall Free having a holding call, he did have one false start.

Unlike most, I dont fault Bennett for his block in the back either. He was hustling and trying to help a WR in the open make a play. Hall would have probably made the tackle otherwise, and Bennett was really close to having a great block.
