I'd rather have Felix Jones........... He will be a better complement to MB3. If we get D-Mac eventually he will take over the majority of the snaps at RB. Even though he split time in college he will be a 20-25 carry back a game....

Think about it, do we really need that? Barber gets his share every week and then F. Jones can fill in the rest.

Plus, I would rather have Felix Jones and then be able to draft a corner

I'm with you Hox, while I would love to have McFadden, and would give up the two 1st rounders, but hold onto Barber, he stays.

I am not a big college football/draft guy, but I have a question for those who watch these games. McFadden sounds great, but how much is hoim and how much is the team/system? When the backup (Jones) comes in and averages 14 yds on his first carry and over 9 yards overall, it leads me to believe at least some of the McFadden hype is due to the team.

and watch the team play if you think that...there's a reason Jones gets alot of long runs when he comes in...talent has something to do with it, but they dont use him the exact same way McFadden is used

3 late 1st rd picks...I dont see what the uproar is over giving up 2 or 3 picks in the 20's and 30's...odds are you dont get great players there anyway...just look at our last two first rd picks...one hardly plays at all (except for special teams) and the other you notice in a game for a couple of plays at best...not saying they wont ever pan out, but when you have a talented roster it seems to me the way to go is move up, acquire better talent and increase your odds of getting a player that can actually help you...your odds of getting a great player in the top-5-10 picks is alot higher than drafting in the 20's and 30's
