Adding Cooper and the development of Gallup has helped Dak tremendously. Bonus points with Cobb in the mix now.

Hopefully the final ingredient is Moore as OC but we’ll see as the season progresses. I want to see how they perform against playoff teams.

Anyway to keep Cobb beyond this year? Amari, Gallup and Cobb are terrific rout runners. They'll easily be a top 5 trio this year if they can stay healthy. They are "Dak friendly"
I thought we signed him to a two year deal??

I literally broke the film down and said over and over last year that we had no weapons. We had no #1 or even a #2 at the time because gallup was GREEN.

We had Swaim at TE that scared no one and Zeke was not good out of the backfield early running poor routes and dropping balls/catching them out of bounds.

To Zeke's credit . he got a lot better out of the backfield as the season went on...Cooper came in and made the defense account for him..jarwin emerged as a threat, Gallup got better...

We stopped switching the wrs out every play so dak couldn't get familiar.

No surprise he got better...no surprise with more weapons and solidified OL and natural progression of a young qb.

Someone actually mentioned extending him on Twitter earlier this week. Of course we can but he won't be as cheap.

No question that Cooper has made a big difference. This is easy to miss, but over the last 19 games there have been a couple of big leaps, both before and way after Amari.

Dak + Amari should equal top 10 quarterback / wide receiver combination. My math just doesn't elevate one guy.

I know that the Dak haters have some valid arguments on whether or not it's Amari and Gallup making him look good, but I would say this. Our wide receivers first half of last year we're scrubs for the most part with only Gallup showing promise. I think it's hard to judge Dak based on the start of the 2018 season because of not only the predictable system we we're running but also the very real lack of experience at WR and TE.

Doesn't matter though because Dak's supposed to get it done with elite numbers regardless of what's around him. Wentz was complete garbage his first season with crap weapons around him but gets a pass. Now that Wentz got some talent around him and his numbers skyrocketed he's all world and it's all him all the time.
Dak's the only guy in the NFL expected to get it done with crap and not to have his numbers dip any whatsoever or he's total trash.

Dak sux...400 yards 4 tds last week? He should have had 600 yards 10 TDs with the weapons and o-line he's got, total garbage.

Thanks for sharing Percy... This is the perfect rebuttal to those Dak critics who say all Dak will ever be is an average bus driver QB. This demonstrates that Dak is continually improving and is at minimum a top 10 QB probably will be between 5-10 by the end of the season at worse.

On a side note, it would be interesting to see what our running game looked like during those same splits.
