It's not JUST "everyone else". It's the NFL itself. Then ESPN, ABC and any other EXPERT.

For people like you...when it's FAVORABLE for your agenda to do so...you will. We'll keep an eye on that.

I totally understand what you are saying. Those quotes have nothing to do with Dallas Cowboys. And...I am just as insulting as the person I quoted by saying that.

I just had to speak up...and object to this person hating other people out of disagreement on things..., making a nusiance of things, the insults and call outs.

I fully understand it borders on hypocrisy. I'll have to live with it.

Whaaaat? You think I'm a Dolphin fan? Where on Earth did you get that idea?

By the way you can go to pro-football-reference.com and see the team record for every player at every position. So there is at least outlet that understands that it's a team game and keeps records accordingly. Again I realize that QBs get too much of the credit for wins and too much of the blame for losses. I don't deny the fact of that one iota. I just don't buy into it. QBs may be the biggest cog in the engine... but they are still just that.. a cog in the engine. The car goes nowhere without the other gears turning too.

If it's "the biggest cog" ....(a poor analogy!) then it's NOT just ANY cog or you wouldn't have to say "biggest".

A better analogy would be componets like engine, transmission, brakes, tie rods. The QB is the engine. I've managed to get by on bad brakes, bad front ends, worn tires....but when the engine is broke...that's it...you done.



So tell me this...why do QB's get "passing yards" without mentioning the receivers? RB's get run yards without mentioning the O-line. DB's get interceptions without mentioning the pass rush. Because it's the way things work.

"too much credit and too much blame" is exactly what I am saying.

HAVE to take BOTH of them because...that;s the way it is. Espcially when your paycheck is the size of a small bank. You certainly do not have to participate but....you actually have favored one side more than the other.

That's okay...that's being a fan. Is what it is.

I think it was diamond in another thread paired up the 1-18 Dak stat when trailing by 10 points at the half with his 2-5 playoff record. When you put the two together it paints the picture of the least clutch QB of all time. Then you realize what Jerry paid him, and his 6-10-1 record since then. :facepalm:

16-35 in the regular season, with a 14-27 record with the Patriots and a 2-8 record with the Buccaneers. In the playoffs, the record is 2-3 with the Patriots and 0-0 with the Buccaneers (as of the latest available stats).

Find me any other QB with worse stats in those categories that has started for the same team for at least 10 seasons.

What's his playoff record as a starter, and what's his record in games where he was down 10+ at the half?

Stick to the categories listed rather than try and throw up red herrings.

That means Mr Brady was 187 and 29 when his defense gave up 20 points or less.

Sounds awfully familiar to Mountain Molehill for some strange/odd reason.

Can anyone help me understand what this means???
