Dak is the only reason the Cowboys have had a chance

Uneducated fans are too ignorant to understand it takes a team to win and not just 1 person. If it only took 1 person, then the Cowboys would’ve won several Super Bowls.

Could you remind me how it takes a team to win, and Dak is the only reason why we have had the win/loss record we have had? You have hidden in your hole all week and decide to come out, insulting anybody who doesn't drink your Kool-Aid, as is your typical start to a trolling day. And yeah, Dak hasn't been gifted any sort of talent on offence, and team's inability to remotely take a deep run in the playoffs is solely the fault of our D.......good times and another pathetic attempt at knowing anything on your end

Huh? You know who is the one who suggests the team only needs him, not the surrounding parts. I get what you are saying, but thie ridonculous thread has nothing to do with our last game. I agree with you that defense is hurting the team ... but Jerry doesn't have the ability to create the perfectly balanced team. We will always have an imbalance somewhere.

It’s not our goal but Jethro has often stated that remaining relevant and interesting is his immediate goal. Prescott and Romo era has provided that.

Most fans see it for what he is. A Franchise QB( not elite) who is enough to build around. Yes, he has limits and flaws.

Like most of the league who aren’t afforded one of the handful or less Elite QB’s , they have to build around as best they can.

And consistently be retooling to field a consistent contender providing their team as many chances as possible.

But even then you often face better teams and QB’s especially in playoffs.

If you’re truly for someone to troll or blame I’d begin with the one constant throughout this era sitting in the skybox. He’s the one who doesn’t allow greater HC’s, staffs, FO, missed too often in draft , bundled contracts and generally undermines the culture.

There’s no greater obstacle to overcome or hindrance in Cowboys Football than Jethro Jone$. It all begins and ends with him.

The Dak haters are the same guys who wanted to trade Micah, CeeDee, Diggs and just about everyone else. It's just fan frustration. Look at the Detroit game. I won't say Dak had his best game ever. It was an okay game for him. But they scored 30 points without a running game, with Ferguson making a mess of things, with the two OTs looking like turnstiles, and with Pickens having his worst game as a Cowboy. There was blame to go around on offense but it wasn't Dak and anyone who points a finger at Dak is not a serious football fan.

You have to have a front office that can put together an Offense around him but also put together at least a good Defense. Not enough money in the cap to have a great all 3 phases. It takes some luck and really good coaching to go all the way. Players health has to do with it. Getting healthy at the right time. Our FO has been hampered by a stubborn man that has to have it his way. It’s obvious his way don’t work unless you can have a cap…

But yes Dak is playing very good this year.
