It is extremely rare whenever I make any prediction about anything (personal superstition), but I think it will be impossible for Dak Prescott to win league MVP even if: a) Dallas went undefeated down the stretch and b) did so impressively. The honor is an acknowledgment after a full regular season review.Agreed no MVP.... UNLESS he takes us for consecutive wins against Eagles, Chieafs and Lions and we snaek into the playoffs. Then we might have a genuine discussion. Other than that, hell even WITH that, it's a longshot.
Go Cowboys!!
I highly doubt current frontrunners like Josh Allen, Matthew Stafford, Drake Maye, or even Jonathan Taylor will be caught and overtaken in the minds of the AP voters. It would be necessary for their teams to implode from this point forward. Usually established frontrunners, who do not encounter speedbumps late in the season, will coast to the final award vote.
Nothing's impossible though. Prescott could end up in the final grouping. Then it will be a matter of witnessing the voters' five-round breakdown of total points for each candidate. That would prove very interesting.
