-Dak is Top 3. Varying opinions may apply, but Top 3 is a safe opinion of him right now.
-The consensus Top 10 feels sturdy. If Wilson comes back from injury, he may replace Carr. Herbert after that miserable Ravens game got roasted. His ability to hang onto the Top 10 is somewhat on the fence now. But that Top 8 seems like it's a reasonable length above the rest.
-Top 13 feels like it's set. Every source except 2 had the same Top 13 just in a different order.
