Funny how many people convicted him on this forum based on the arrest - especially when this article says he passed the field sobriety but was arrested anyway.

Serious question. Did you believe Romo was going to be as good as he is when we got him back in 03? Please answer with a yes or not, nothing about luck or lighting strikes or anything. Just yes or no.

And what does that have to do with Dak Prescott? I knew Tim Tebow wouldn't amount to anything. And I was right. So what?

It has absolutely nothing to do with Dak Prescott.

No. It's actually bad news. He can't play. This is our luck. If it were Romo facing this they'd announce they found black tar heroin in the car.

The Jerry era.

We better hope he can play well enough to push Moore in camp and preseason or Moore isn't likely to get much better. He got the backup job by default and that's never good so Dak needs to provide some competition. I think we're making a big mistake entering camp without a veteran backup QB. We need to strongly consider signing Foles to a team friendly contract if possible or we could be scrambling for a veteran during the season like last year if Romo goes down again and we find out the backup QBs we have can't play.

Apparently he didn't take a breathalizer?

I didn't convict him, but I stated that people shouldn't drive a vehicle, after consumming alcohol. Just my opinion. I'm happy of the out come; for him, and as a Cowboys' fan.

It has everything to do with Dak Prescott. Nobody on this board is a qb whispering guru, and because your pet cat didn't get picked it has no bearing on whether Dak can develop into a starter or not.

Moore isn't going to get any better no matter who pushes him. He has physical limitations.

This is what the ESPN article says:

Police records show that one breathalyzer test was an "invalid sample" and a second was an "insufficient sample."

After reading that, it seems like its a small town cop with nothing to do or one with a quota to meet for arrests. In most States there is no way they would arrest you based on that.

Also this was on the article in the local MS newspaper:

During his trial his lawyer Jay Perry showed an hour-long video of footage from that night.

Perry said the footage clearly showed Prescott was not under the influence, and the judge ruled in his favor.
