News: Dak ranked 50

Please list the 10 QB's you have ranked higher than Dak.
I've done this plenty of times, but if you insist.

Mahomes, Rodgers, Brady, Wilson, Watson (pending), Allen, Jackson, Tannehill, Herbert, Cousins, and Prescott.

I don't care if you agree or not. It's my list and it's subject to change if the on field product warrants it.

Hate the player, not the person.

You running around the board every day hating on a 4th round QB you have ranked as top 10 is weird behavior.
You use the words "hating on" not me.

Again, you and the "hate" word. Weird, weird behavior.

We argue our opinions with each other here, we can sure argue others' opinions. And that's all they are, opinions.

They've got him at around that #7 spot for QB's and he was on a tear to start last season.

One thing that those of you letting the money play a part in this need to do is stop that and just grade him as a QB. He's the 2nd highest paid and that has nothing to do with where he ranks as a QB.

The other part of this is some of you act as if it's all on him what he's getting paid and seem to forget the other contracts the most ego driven franchise in sports has done. They get stars in their eyes and they blink every time. And if you thought this owner was letting a 4th round wunderkind walk, you've not been paying attention. Prescott's agent played the Joneses perfectly, don't blame him or Prescott.

Don't you tire of bringing the money into it so often?

I think Prescott is a good QB, a top 10. Do I wish we had one of the other 9? Sure but that's not what we have and weren't likely to get one of them. To quote a former Texas coach, "you dance with who brung you".

I do have one question for the posters that don't like him as the DC QB, do you even pull for him? Or do you like to dislike him so much that's become the game? Do you hope he fails so you can continue and are you past the point of no return with him?

And the ones that do like him are almost as bad from the other side. Everything turns into a defend the honor of the family for him.

I agree. I like Dak and just as I like Romo, I feel Dak is capable of leading this team and giving them a chance at a title but I also know just as Romo needed others to step up to achieve this team goal so too will Dak need that. One thing I always loved about Romo was the desire to work and improve himself as a player and I see the same thing is Dak, he is constantly looking to upgrade his game. As for winning it all that still is and has always been a team accomplishment not a solo act.

I think that is a question you need to answer for yourself:

WHY DO YOU HATE DAK?

Maybe you can answer that one. A 4th round pick that has magically turned into a top 7 franchise QB. Its a miracle for the franchise.

Miracle for a franchise that has not been to a Super Bowl in 25+ years with or without Dak? I guess the bar for miracles is set much lower these days.

You just know he goes to every post and hits Ctrl F, types in Dak, and then just looks for anything negative so he can jump to his defense. It's strange behavior.

see how it works :)

No team can compete for the title being built like a fantasy team.

The fault of the Joneses has always been the same, they don't look deep enough into the better built teams. Booger is a follow the ball GM so "lunch pail" players, as Parcells liked to call them, are second thoughts.

I think it is lost on them why KC struggled so much in that SB. They had Mahomes, Kelce and Hill, what's the problem? Two missing OT's that help that machine run. Without them, Mahomes was just a QB.

I think it's the same issue from the days of the Triplets, that's what Booger thinks about. Not that OL or the D or that QB on the D that they've never replaced.

They simply do not know how to build a contender and we're dependent on them getting lucky as they did with Romo and Presscott, the most important position in the game and they had to get lucky...twice.

LOL................Tannehill, Herbert, Cousins. The others are a real debate so I wont bother.

Your hatred for your 4th round QB turning into a franchise top 10 QB is the weird part. There are Eagles fans that like Dak better than you do. That know more about QB's and football than you do.

USArmyPet? Where have you been hiding?

Again, you show an inability to distinguish between QB play and team play.

Romo was actually a bigger miracle as an undrafted FA.

Tannehill plays the way Dak should play. The perfect game manager.

Herbert is a beast. Dak could easily pass him up though if he has a slump this year.

Cousins is just a more consistent version of Dak. We've went over this plenty of times.

Again, it's my list and I don't care if you like it or not.

Using "hatred" now.

Strange I tell ya.

There are more options then this CC. I don't think it's all black or all white.

There is no point in arguing with a guy like you that has absolutely NO clue about football or QB play. Your Tannehill comment is a perfect example.

You mean like Wentz...... who Dak is clearly better than

Wentz was pretty good young. It was only when he started losing talent around him and getting beat to crap that he started faltering. That could easily happen to Dak in Dallas, as well. Not saying it will but I've watched it happen to a lot of QBs over the years. They get paid, the talent around them decreases and they wash out. It can and does happen.
