Its too prove you wrong about people not thinking Dak was top 10 or higher if he wore an eagles jersey.....or any other NFC East team.

It's not because some on here are homers. Tons of experts, fans of other teams and others say Dak is a really good QB and easily in most top 10.

People call you out as Dak haters cause you say here doesn't have the numbers or win anything but yet put QBs like Cousins, Tannehill, Allen, Herbert and Watson ahead of Dak when they don't have numbers or won anything. It's the clear hatred bias is why folks call you out. Judge fairly and that won't happen. It's different than criticism

Sure it can happen to any QB but you can't say it was because Wentz didn't have talent. In fact the year he really went down hill Eagles had the number 1 ranked receiving corps, number 1 TE corps, number 1 OL and DL with a top RB before the season started. Plus he had most of the team that won the superbowl. I called out his flaws in 16 but too many were on the Wentz train to see. It just became more clear once Jackson and other receivers became hurt...... which i also said would happen because of his age.

I agree on Wentz but I would also add the guy will throw stupid passes across the field, losing weapons hurt but compounding the problem with really a lot of dumb throws on his part leading to ints was on him.

He clearly is a troll. Can't handle the statistics backing that up either. I seriously doubt he's a Cowboys fan. If he is, he's probably one of those rare Romosexuals who hate Dak since Dak's rookie performance forced their crush to retire.

He claims that Dak is a top 11 QB and lists Herbert, Tannehil and Cousins in front of Dak. Its like he is trying to throw any QB in there that doesnt sound completely stupid. Too funny. He is probably a troll with another handle.

On the contrary, I think it's fair to say that Wentz had significantly more talent then did Dak, coming out. But the year he got hurt, that was the year they won the Super Bowl. But after that, things changed and he continued to take a beating. So yeah, I can say that pretty easily. He got paid, they won a Ship and the result was that guys were allowed to walk after that season. Yeah, you can easily make that point IMO.

So Dak should be ahead of them? By what criteria? It's a ranking. You have to rank Dak somewhere amidst the other do nothings in the league.

I put guys like Carr and Murray behind him when and they've won nothing also. So what's your point?

he also has created his own standards and when pointed out that some of the others who he ranks ahead don't meet his own standards, he gets angry, tries to spin and create new standards and on and on it goes..

I find it amusing, specially this time of the year, when football news is scarce....soon to be ignored once training camp and season starts. it gives you something to pass the time

yes, funny, he actually ranks Dilfer ahead of Marino, because Dilfer has a superbowl ring and won it....facts be dammned...

Wentz had talent after the eagles won the superbowl. Go back and see where the eagles where ranked as far as talent and where the Cowboys where ranked. Nationwide polls had eagles number 1 at almost every spot on offense and number 1 DL. That was after they won the superbowl

You refused to answer the question that if you know how their careers would turn out would you rather have Dilfer and the Super Bowl win or Marino and the stats. You refused to answer that question.

That should tell everyone what they need to know about what type of "fan" you are.

You're a Dak fan, not a Cowboys fan.

Eagles were stacked in 17. However, talent was aging and leaving. Especially Reich, the only OC in the NFL who can make Folesy look like a starter.

Nationwide Polls? Yeah, not so much. Who cares what the "Nation" thinks of anything? Most people don't have a clue. Every single year, you find tons of Cowboy Fans who think we are going to win the Super Bowl or the NFC East. Guess what, not so much.

in 2018-19, the year after the Super Bowl season, Philly was 9-7. They had the 18th ranked Offense in the NFL that season. Their Defense was ranked 12th. They had the 7th ranked passing Offense so Wentz was still getting it done but they had the 28th ranked rushing Offense and they were the 12th ranked scoring Offense in the NFL. Defense fell to 15th in the league. The next year, 12th Offense in the league, 11th passing offense, 11th rushing offense, 15th scoring Offense. By the 20-21 season, the Eagles were 4-11, team Offense was 26th. Passing Offense was 28th, Rushing Offense was 9th, Scoring 20th. The Defense was also ranked 20th in the league.

Now, it's clear that year over year, the team was in decline but why is that? Take a look at who they lost on the personnel side and the Coaching side of things. There is always a reason for things.

I think one could easily say that so far Wentz's peak has been better than Dak's peak.

Wentz was going to win the MVP by a landslide in 2017. Dak has never even been in the MVP discussions.

Dak has been more consistent though, so I believe he is the better overall QB, and he would be my choice between the two. I'll take consistency over a high peak and the downfall any day (Unless you guarantee a ring, then give me the peak and downfall).

However, I do believe Wentz turns it around this year in Indy. He was broken in Philly. He couldn't shake the ghost of Foles. Wentz will never admit it, but Foles winning that Super Bowl was the worst thing that could've possible happened to him.
