Well, I was going with the guys that will probably be playing next season. Watson, if he plays, would be 5th on my list ahead of Allen.

Well now i can say your not a truther as you said...and very clearly you value winning....so how is Watson over Dak?

Again, somebody needs to clarify if win/loss is a QB stats or not.

I'm constantly being told that win/loss is a team stat when I bring up the 2019 and 2020 versions of the Dallas Cowboys with Dak, but then I see things like this and I become confused.

Somebody, please clarify... or are we picking and choosing when it's a team stat or when its a QB stat?

No No as i have said many times to your posts its ok if you want to judge them by the winning but judge all the players by that.....you judge Dak by wins and losses but Watson has diferent rules for you...

By your account neither has won a SB so they are even there....next is a 42-27 record compared to a 28-25 record so by your standard Dak is better with the higher win%...is that not correct?

How can you judge them by winning when both have won nothing? Watson is the better QB, but neither guy has won squat.

I have told you many times you were correct about who you thought was best if your going off wins...have i not...I only asked that you rate all the players on the team as bad so far if they have the same record as the QB. Again I'm ok with it but fail to see how Watson is better by your criteria.

if today, I had a choice to choose between Marino and Dilfer to play for cowboys not knowing what the future holds. I take Marino. 101 times out of 100. no I take Marino 118 times out of 100.

if after the fact, when its all said and done. when history has played itself out. I take Dilfer's team because they won a superbowl...

but I am sure you are going to try and spin this that somehow having a dilfer is better than Marino, because we know how it all played out.

the fact is we have no idea how its going to play out, so based on facts, circumstance and projections today, you make a choice that gives you the best chance to succeed.

Marino on the ravens would have dominated the league and that team could have gone undefeated. Dilfer on the dolphins wouldn't have reached playoffs.

I think one could easily say that so far Wentz's peak has been better than Dak's peak.

Wentz was going to win the MVP by a landslide in 2017. Dak has never even been in the MVP discussions.

Dak has been more consistent though, so I believe he is the better overall QB, and he would be my choice between the two. I'll take consistency over a high peak and the downfall any day (Unless you guarantee a ring, then give me the peak and downfall).

However, I do believe Wentz turns it around this year in Indy. He was broken in Philly. He couldn't shake the ghost of Foles. Wentz will never admit it, but Foles winning that Super Bowl was the worst thing that could've possible happened to him.

wentz was going to win the MVP? how do you know if it never happened...oh...ok, you are just projecting...so let me project..Dak would have gone to win the MVP in 2020 if he didn't get injured....
