I just read this on MSN. He is class. Just pure class. His mom would be proud of him as we as Cowboys fans are. Hope he stays this way no matter how his career turns out which I hope is many Super Bowls.

when do you see a second year player do something like this, generally players of this age/experience are too busy focusing on getting in better shape, or some are busy clubbing and making a different type of name for themselves...Dallas hit a home run with this kid

How I wouldn't love to see Dak lead us to a SB and shut all the detractors up.

I have a feeling he will. Not this year, but within 3 yrs.

Dak knows what it's like to lose a parent who is as close to you as anyone could ever be. That's a very young kid who will remember Dak for the rest of his life for what he did to console him. It does my heart good to see people in this world like that in this day and age. Dak Prescott is an exceptional person in so many ways -- and a really good QB to boot! Maybe he'll help make up for our other players that go astray.

Unfortunately there are a lot of idiots and thugs who play the game who distract from the majority of players who are good people who give a lot back to the community. I'm glad to see Dak as one of the many good people in this game
