I won't disagree. the problem is that the cowboys dominated TOP in the first half. Detroit had the ball for about 12 minutes, vs. cowboys 18. so shouldn't detroit's defense be more tired? shouldn't they be exhausted? so yeah, they didn't come out magically rested. the problem was our offense scored field goals and they scored TDs and the fumble didn't help and gave a short field. the fact is the defense had no answer for detroit. they moved the ball at will and scored almost at will. we had three turnovers. and brain farts on the OL at crucial times when the tackles literally didn't block, touch or impede the pass rusher.
so you spun, and spun and spun. and tried to make it about scoring. we gave up 44 points. there is no spin. its that simple. is your complaint is we didn't score 45.? we should have scored 45? and Dak is to blame that we didn't score 45?
btw, lets not even talk about Pickens. I get why Pitt wanted him gone. his performance and effort were childish. pathetic.
