It’s not he “reads to quickly” as a positive, it’s he’s going to them to quickly, not taking the proper read. Like I said, he will take the safest pass in the play. This is more than clear in the second play he references. In the third play he references, he went to the easy out when he had CeeDee running wide open down the middle. And he also is falling away and throwing off his back leg, meaning horrible mechanics which leads him on a late delivery.. And Warner points this out.
In 9:26, he bails on his reads again, and Warner points it out, he breaks pocket and runs left and even says all the WRs do the right thing to bail him out.
11:50 is another clear example of his answer feet with no pressure on him, and he isn’t patient on his read, even though the third came open.
Point being, his field vision and his pace at which he is going through or ignoring his reads is terrible.
