It’s not entirely a Dak problem, Dak has sucked yes but we have receivers dropping passes, subpar olime play, a run game that has all but disappeared and a coordinator that has gotten stale.

This whole unit needs to wake up because this defense is going to wear down come playoff time as much time as they are spending on the field

Goff got 1 TD and 1 INT with no Swift, Williams, Hockenson, Ragnow, and 49% of his roster out against a top 10 Bronco defense team, and Lions fans are already piss off at him. Earlier in the season, I had Dak as the #14 QB, and I was being dumped on for ranking him so low.

You should have been dumped on, that was a ridiculous ranking. No way was there 13 QBs better than him the first 7 games of the season. He was having an MVP year. He was clearly a top 5 QB. Right now he’s not playing well we’ll see how he finishes up.

Earlier in the season, I had Dak as the #14 QB, and I was being dumped on for ranking him so low. Some had Dak as top 5 or *MVP, while majority had Dak in the top 10. Turn out, all of us were being too generous. Dak is in the bottom 1/3 of all QBs.

I had folks on here say that if Dak was on the Lions, they would win more games than with Goff currently. Dak can't even do well even with a stack offense. Goff with no receivers and 49% of the roster being out (covid/flu) is doing better than Dak with a healthy squad. Let never talk about Dak being better than Goff or Wince ever again please.

I also seem to remember that some folks on here mentioned that Dak was better than Herbert as well.

If you think this- keep it to yourself.

Diagnosing this kind of problem is different than having a feeling player is going to cite it or resort to it as a reason for poor play, needing a break, etc. Ben Simmons just did it a couple weeks ago.

Good news is only three more years of this crap and it'll be over and Prescott, Elliott, Cooper, Martin, Smith, Collins and -unfortunately- Lawrence will be off the books and off the team and/or retired.

Maybe Lawrence will still be here but at a lower salary and reduced role. Meanwhile we'll still have Gregory in his prime and Parsons in his prime and Odighizuwa and Gallimore on the DL and Cox in his prime and Diggs and Joseph in their prime and hopefully we'll keep drafting defense heavy to keep that side of the ball uber-stocked.

That fair, but it isn't like he a rookie. There a large sample size of Dak's performance. Eventually he was going to regress back to the mean, I just calculated that into my evaluation ahead of time.
