The latter, just to give an idea of how his numbers compare with a full season of sub-40% pressure games vs. a full season at 40%+.

Here's one that shows how it's the games and not the pressures themselves:

2016-17
Brady 95.0 116.2
diff +21.2
Prescott 90.6 74.5
diff -16.1
Cousins 83.4 114.6
diff +31.2
Rodgers 81.4 104.0
diff +22.6
Stafford 80.3 100.4
diff +20.1
Ryan 77.5 104.1
diff +26.6
Keenum 74.2 95.4
diff +21.2
Winston 72.7 103.9
diff +31.2
Goff 69.6 85.6
diff +16.0
Manning 66.0 85.1
diff +19.1
Newton 65.9 79.6
diff +13.7
Smith 65.5 94.5
diff +29.0
Rthlsbrgr 64.0 128.4
diff +64.4
McCown 60.8 85.7
diff +24.9
Bortles 59.4 85.7
diff +26.3
Rivers 57.2 101.0
diff +43.8
Flacco 54.9 80.9
diff +26.0
Wentz 50.4 105.4
diff +55.0
Siemian 43.3 91.6
diff +48.3

The first number is that QB's passer rating when pressured in his sub-40% pressure games, second number is from a clean pocket in his 40%+ pressure games.

Exactly the numbers support what his college scouting report said: "Hyper aware of pressure around him and lacks awareness to slide and find temporary shelter to make throw. Concern over pressure too often trumps ability to get through progressions."

Dak really needs to use Russell Wilson's guy. If a team can pressure him on 40%+ of the plays then he will perform poorly on the rest plays even when he isn't pressured.

"Dak has confidence"

This right here...

See, Dak has you people fooled...

Just because he jumps and hollers on the sidelines..

Just because he puts on his helmet enthusiastically Everytime he takes the field...

Just because he stands up in the podium and deliver lip service..

Some think Dak is "confident"

His play says otherwise.

3rd and 10 , he has Dez 1 on on 1 15 yards down the field and he throws it to Witten/ Beasley for 6 yards..

This is how cowards play. This is how the "Jason Garrett's" of the world play.

I would hardly call that "confident".

People are just getting tired of lip service that's all...

It's one of two things, either Dak didn't put in the work last off-season ( his supporters swear he is a hard worker) or Dak did put in the work but still isn't good enough... Either way we should be worried.

Then don’t watch an interview? You’re setting yourself up or looking for something to complain about. It’s either going to be lip service (to you) or it’s going to be a bad attitude/no self awareness.

It also doesn’t need to be he didn’t work hard enough or he’s no good. Things fell apart this year and that’s hard to practice for. Especially after a storybook season. Now that he’s faced a bunch of adversity, didn’t have things go perfect and got a taste of the fickleness of (our) fans, if he comes out and has a similar season with the same criticisms you can draw conclusions. For now I, personally, believe he’s going to work on the things he said

Zeke may have something to do with that don't you think? How many points did we score when he was out?
Scoring per game
with starting 5 OL -- 28.4 points
without -- 8.1 points

with Zeke -- 24.2 points
without -- 18.1 points

Points per drive translated into points per game in a game with a typical (for Dallas) number of drives.

Whatever. Dude talks a big game. All last off-season we heard from him how he wouldnt have a sophomore slump and he was going to work on every aspect of his game, only for him to come back worse.

Less talk and more results, Rayne.
You're saying Dak talks a big game? Man, you really don't pay attention. Dak is not the sort to "talk a big game".

And vice versa a wr needs to believe a qb can put it in a spot that is not gonna get them killed. An inconsistent qb breeds alligator armed wrs.
Man, he did set Dez up to pay the price in that hit he took going up high for that overthrown ball in that Seattle game gif a fellow member posted up earlier in this thread,,,that hit hurts me just seeing it.

This is a true statement. That said, I can only remember Dak setting his receiver up to get killed once and that was a ball to Dez that was overthrown. It happens. Romo was pretty damn accurate and got Roy Williams hurt on one pass. Romo also set Witten up to get killed in the 2015 Thanksgiving game against Carolina on one of the interceptions he threw.

He can talk about accuracy all he wants. The elephant in the room is how he handles games when he's pressured often. So he either doesn't see it (and no one has pointed it out to him), or doesn't want to admit it.

In games when pressured on less than 40% of dropbacks
2016
287 of 403 (71%) 3378 yd 22 td 2 int 112.5
2017
147 of 233 (63%) 1798 17 td 1 int 109.3

In games when pressured on 40% or more of dropbacks
2016
48 of 94 (51%) 591 yd 4 td 3 int 71.7
2017
161 of 257 (63%) 1526 yd 5 td 12 int 66.1
The book is out on Dak, if you blitz him he folds like a lawn chair.

Numbers don’t lie

I know Moore is smart, but he sure has the idiot savant look to him when compared to Dak in that pic; know a lotta people like that, so not a diss. Wish him the best, but would've liked someone from outside the org just to not perpetuate the nepotism culture in DAL.
He just needs to put the bowl away and get an adult haircut.

Whatever they do with Dak/the passing game, Dallas can't be a near automatic out when passing on 3rd and long. That puts a tremendous strain on the OL and the running game. They basically can't have negative plays. Also, if that continues, defenses will make it harder to scramble/run for 1st downs in those situations. I don't expect Dak to be at the top of the league in that category, but this offense won't go anywhere if he continues to rank near the bottom.

with this problem in college, why do they think we can fix it in one off season. lmao..read his scouting reports..

this is a problem he has.. why didn't they fix it in college... why didn't we fix the other guys that came and gone through Dallas.
