The first number is that QB's passer rating when pressured in his sub-40% pressure games, second number is from a clean pocket in his 40%+ pressure games.
Exactly the numbers support what his college scouting report said: "Hyper aware of pressure around him and lacks awareness to slide and find temporary shelter to make throw. Concern over pressure too often trumps ability to get through progressions."
Dak really needs to use Russell Wilson's guy. If a team can pressure him on 40%+ of the plays then he will perform poorly on the rest plays even when he isn't pressured.
